About This Blog

Slavery is the practice of innocent people being forced to work and have restricted freedom. Slaves are ordered around and then they do not think for they rebel or fight for their freedom. It started all the way to the start of civilizations; slaves would work on building the civilization. In the 1500s, African slaves were transported throughout the Triangular trade route. The slaves went through the Middles Passage and then traded. But, today’s slavery is different; people do not go on ships to sail to other lands to pick up slaves. The slave trade today is diverse: from human trafficking, to educational slavery. This blog will stress how scary educational slavery is. As said in the definition, when slaves and people alike cannot think for themselves, they cannot make their own decision and that is a form of slavery; if one are not able to do that, then that person is stuck in an abyss of people telling him or her what to do, just like how the slaves were bossed around.
